Afternoon Teas

Will be served on the new Canal Side Terrace at the Museum, Uppermill from 2.30 p.m. to 4.00 p.m. on Saturday 29th May and Sunday 30th May

and in

Furlane Garden, Greenfield from 3.00 p.m. to 4.30 p.m.from Sunday 30th May to Sunday 6th June

Supper Bar

After each evening performance in the Civic Hall, supper will be served in the Lower Hall from 9.30 to 10.30 p.m.

Tickets: £5.00 (including sweet & coffee) or £4.00 (main course & coffee) must be booked in advance

Wine will be available for an extra charge.

MONDAY Mild Spiced Chicken Mayonnaise

TUESDAY Roast Ham with Melon and Peaches

WEDNESDAY Celebration Turkey

THURSDAY Prawns with Salmon Mousse

SATURDAY Smoked Salmon Trout with Pinwheels

All the above will be served with various accompaniments.

Wines

Wines chosen for the festival by Mr David Dugdale of O. W. Loeb & Co., will be available in the Wine Bar during supper, by the glass or by the bottle.
